Confit garlic and green herb stuffed pork loin wrapped in pancetta,
Served with brown butter mashed potatoes & braised red cabbage and apples

Feast of the Seven Fishes Pie
A medley of fresh seafood (haddock, shrimp, mussels, clams, smoked white fish, salmon, and scallop) in a thyme and lemon scented cream sauce, topped with brown butter duchesse potato crust and baked until golden

Mushroom Wellington (Vegetarian)
Roasted mushroom duxelles wrapped in flaky puff pastry finished with French onion jus
Served with brown butter mashed potatoes & braised red cabbage and apples
